This is the last Will and Testament
of Mrs Jane Dyckhoff No 62 Cornwall Street St Georges East in the County of Middlesex Widow
being of sound mind doth bequeath the whole of my property to my nephews and nieces viz Thomas Newton Challam Joseph Newton of No 8 James Place Bermondsey Mary Cook wife of George Cook Portsea Mary Board wife of James Board of No 5 Love Lane Ratcliffe in equal share share and share alike and leave Edward Hingett Gentleman of No 63 Upper Cornwall Street in the aforesaid county my Executor having full power to carry to the extent of this my last Will and Testament sealed signed in each others presence this 4th day of March 1843 ------- Jane Dyckhoff X her mark ------- Witness Ann Boutle-------Margaret Titman.
In the goods of Jane Dyckhoff Widow deceased
Appeared Personally Ann Boutle of 62 Cornwall Street Saint Georges in the East in the County of Middlesex widow and made Oath that she is one of the subscribed witnesses to the last Will and Testament of Jane Dyckhoff late of Cornwall Street Saint Georges in the East in the County of Middlesex Widow ……… bearing date the fourth day of March one thousand eight hundred and forty three now hereunto annexed and the further made Oath that on the fourth day of March aforesaid the said Testatrix duly executed her said will by making her mark at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this deponent and of Margaret Titman the other subscribed witness thereto of whom were present at the same time and this ……… the said Margaret Titman thereupon attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said Testatrix and of each other ---- Ann Boutle------ The 13th day of March 1843 the said Ann Boutle was sworn to the truth of this affidavit ------- Before me A F Bayford.
The Will of Jane Dyckhoff late of Cornwall Street Saint George in the East in the County of Middlesex was proved at London on the seventeenth day of march one thousand eight hundred and forty three before me the Worshipful Augustus Frederick Bayford Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by Oath of Edward Hingett the sole executor to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn duly to Administor.
